Ah, those silly Russians...

Apparently the Western-style approaches to stopping the transmission of HIV and AIDS are ruffling a few fur hats...

According to Madam Psycho, commisioner of the Not-Living-On-This-Planet League, "In the guise of AIDS prevention, Western foundations encourage pedophilia and prostitution." Wow. I know that I, being as Western as they come, am a big fan of pedophilia and prostitution, or as I'll now call it, P&P, but we all know that UNICEF doesn't have the testicles (eek! a dirty word!) to admit that to a country like Russia.

Luckily, the Bush administration is a big fan of the whole "Just Say No" policy when it comes to sex, so we can't blame them for the P&P debaucle. Oh, what a PR nightmare...
