Feingold calls for increased Democratic cojones

I'm not sure I'd vote for the guy, but he seems to have finally pointed out what the Democrats seem to have been missing all these years: balls. To all of us who sat up all night in '00 waiting for our stuffed corpe's victory, and then stood up all of the next few months, realizing we'd won, but somehow we had lost; to all of us who watched as Kerry painfully danced around the issue of Iraq, and waited until his pollsters told him it was okay, before finally denouncing our invasion at the very end of the campaign; to all of us who waited for our stuffy corpse to win in '04, who stood in disbelief as the numbers came in, and goddamned Ohio had ruined it all; to all of us painfully enduring the Bush administration, there is hope: Feingold seeks the balls we've been lacking, and our elected officials may actually starting calling the Bush administration on their shit! That is of course, only if they follow Feingold's lead...

Feingold says "If we do not show both a practical and emotional readiness to lead in the fight against terrorism, we will lose in '06 and we will lose in '08, just like we did in '02 and '04." Huzzah, good sir, huzzah.

"Now how exactly do we do that?" the congressmen and women will ask. "We lost our nuts so long ago, we don't even remember what it felt like to have them..."

Well, don't go asking the media, cause they sure as shit can't help you... But maybe, just maybe, if Feingold and Pelosi and friends work together with the Republicans so eagerly distancing themselves from the Bush administration, maybe we'll have a chance this year. Maybe.
